So, I just completed the e-verification and video KVC today on my iPhone. The process was seamless and it was a great in app experience. However, now that “Savings checkmark” is clearly visible, I thought that a clear indication of my “saving verified” tag would be available. I just feel that having “Saving(pending verification)” and “Saving(verified)” even after the Savings account is verified is unnecessary. Would love to hear your two cents on this.
Indeed seeing both creates a confusion as to the “real” completion of vKYC. Clear indication is needed. Thanks.
