Investments not refreshing since December

Hi,

I had emailed your team about a bug a am facing problem with. I was checking my investments through the Jupiter app and saw it has not been auto-refreshing since 2nd December 2025! What’s happening?

Also, when I try to refresh manually clicking on the refresh button, it says I have 0 refreshes left this month when its the first time I am trying to do it in months.

I dont want a separate email with my account balances, rather I would like to see all my investments made through all platforms or apps in one place, that is Jupiter, even mentioning which investment has been made through which platform/app in detail but here its even stopped refreshing​:upside_down_face:

Kindly help out and resolve this bug/problem for me.
