Invalid Application Banner

Help, I am getting a banner screen that says “Invalid Application”, thought my device was the problem, did a reset, but still it is popping up and I can’t proceed to login.

Please look into this ASAP.

@Tatsu this seems to be very user specific issue. I tested the app and I am able to open the app and use it as well.

If you are an android user, please take a view from the different device and capture the steps you take till the point you get the error message and share it with the support team via email -


I had reset my phone - installed the app, but now I don’t seem to be able to login, since this screen appears and blocks me from logging in.

Hi @yagnesh01!

I was able to figure out what the problem was, It was apparently my DNS, I use a private DNS, I whitelisted the domain that it was blocking, now I am able to access the app!
