Hereโs how the cc tab looks like on my jupiter app, and clicking on it shows already added to waitlist - no option to add further details. Is it showing so maybe because i had already enrolled in the waitlist on desktop site earlier? But then it should atleast show waitlist number on app? Not sure why is it not showing that?
@Shawnpinto any insights into the same? Is this a bug that needs to be fixed? Iโm on ios latest version of the app (v2.4.1) if that matters. @razack

Itโs LTF, i.e no joining fee & no annual fee.
But as per the website and previous posts, itโs applicable (LTF offer) only for the first 2 lac approved customers
Is it LTF for the first 2 lakh approved users or first 2 lakh to join the waitlist.
No way itโs for waitlisted usersโฆBecause most of users who are in the waitlist never gets card approved.
If it am not wrong, it was first 2 lakh users who join the waitlist.

But they could reapply after 30 days right. I thought theyโd still have the LTF offer.
In real sense, first 2 lac customers (who got their card approved) from the waitlist.
Yes, I think they can avail this offer once they get approved after the waiting period of 30 days since itโs rolled out to few users only. Hence I donโt think the limit will reach soon.
In practical All the waitlisted users will get the card as LTF (if approved) till the final product is launched for all

Addressing a few concerns raised on community.

Lifetime free offer is applicable to first 2 lakh customers of the CSB Bank Rupay Credit Card. This means; irrespective of your application or waitlist number, if you are within the first 2 lakh customers who get the card, you will not pay any joining fee or any renewal fee.

Waitlist number issue - Be rest assured; we will be using the first waitlist number assigned to your unique profile. The eligibility & roll out is based on a combination of risk/ UX/ business factors.

When will you get a notification to apply? We understand you are eagerly awaiting this product, but we need to balance smooth experience and risk eligibility. We are testing out a few specific scenarios/user profile combinations here before we launch to all eligible waitlisted users.

Lounge access - This is currently not part of the fixed reward program for this card. That said, we recognise this is something users want access to & will evaluate for ongoing milestone campaigns & rewards.
