Strangely, SBM Bank is supported even with debit cards.

this is absolutely very important.
If Jupiter doesn’t change this, the customers who subscribe most using Jupiter will also stand to loose most of the rewards.
e.g. If someone subscribes for Netflix YouTube Hotstar SonyLiv Zee5 using Jupiter and all of them charge 2 for registration, he/she will only gain ₹5 as rewards and nothing else as cashback rewards are capped at 5 transactions max

Jeez! I didn’t think about this the other day. Come on, don’t tell me all these Rs. 2 authorisation spends are included in the 5 transactions for 50% off rewards. @Shawnpinto Sup? :eyes:

@Shawnpinto get this fixed ASAP. Or, else I’m going to hunt you down lol. Changed to Jupiter auto-pay for all my subscriptions and can’t stand the process of reauthorizing again. So, please bruh :roll_eyes:

@Shawnpinto Jewels have not been reversed for the 2 auto-pay transactions that failed in YouTube and were refunded later.
This is a bug.
It is a loss for both Jupiter and me as well.

There was an issue with the rewards bit for Auto Pay.
The auto pay offer has been disabled due to a lot of abuse in the past week.

@Shawnpinto I paid for Netflix subscription via Jupiter today and Jupiter correctly captured it in auto-pay section and all that but have not issued the cashback jewels for it yet.
Previously, it used to be credited almost instantly.

Disabled for all or only new users? What’s stopping you from honoring the one’s already authorized? Of course, after weeding out the miscreants! :eyes:

Update: Today, on the due date, auto-pay on Google failed. And, manual attempt threw an error 500. But, money got deducted! It’s a mess rn :smiling_face_with_tear:

Netflix and Spotify payment mandates went through. But, I don’t see anything under the ‘view transaction history’ tab? :roll_eyes:
