I created a Jupiter account on April 3rd. I intended to open a salary account, but unfortunately, it was set up as a savings account with a minimum balance requirement of ₹5,000.
I initiated an account closure request through the chat support feature, and I was informed that the account would be closed by April 11, 2026. However, it is still pending, and my account appears to be active.
Could you please assist me with when my account will be closed and explain the closure procedure? Also, please share a dedicated support agent’s contact number, if available.
Hey @Arjuna It takes 3-5 working days to process a closure request for your savings account. Please share your registered number/email via dm with me, I will check the status.
I see that we have successfully processed your request and sent it to bank for closure. However this is delayed due to banking holidays and election committments in Kerela (partner bank is headquartered here).
I will resolve this by Friday, kindly wait until then.
