I have tried multiple times to deposit money via upi in my delay account

I have tried multiple times to deposit money via upi into my Demat account but what is happening is I am not getting the notification inside Jupiter app that says approve this transaction so I am unable to transfer any amount I am not seeing any notification inside the jupiter app I have tried this at least 10 times and then when I was fed up I did and IMPS transfer which went through inside the Jupiter app but it is again not reflecting in my Demat account

Hey @Vishesh From what you have described, looks like you are attempting a collect request by entering Jupiter UPI ID.

  • You need to enable in-app notifiations to receive collect request. These requests are time sensitive and expires if not processed within the stipulated duration.

  • Upon receiving collect request, you would need to change the bank account to the one registered with broker and then autheticate it. If processed with account not verified with broker, transaction will be denied.

  • If you have received a confirmation on IMPS being processed, kindly take the UTR number and inform your broker about the delay. Broker will assist you in expediting the settlement of funds to your demat account.

The app is at fault here think, because the collect request are not showing up. It was showing earlier I don’t know what happened. I have checked the app setting—>notifications and email–>all app notifications and email notifications. Everything is enabled.
