@Shawnpinto the update app link in the WhatsApp message is taking a user to the play store link irrespective of the OS (Android or iOS). I use an iOS device and I was taken to the Play Store link of the app instead of the App Store. Please assist in getting this checked.

Hi My wait list number is 32000, As I have been using my jupiter app or Federal bank from past 1 year and 3months as my primaryaccount. I want will I be eligible for upi edge credit card ?
Itโd be nice if you could share the contact deets of the relevant CSB department as itโs almost certain that you wouldnโt have much say in this whole CC issuance process.
Also, since itโs a brand-new offering, the first-level CS team would be clueless to start with.

If you become eligible, a link to apply for the card will appear in the Jupiter app. Since the rollout is happening in phases for eligible users, I kindly ask you to be patient and wait for a few days for the next phase, which will include the next set of users.

Also, which credit bureau does it fetch score from? CIBIL?
This is what I was worried about.
Dealing with CSB support on some issues, when a lot of us havenโt even heard about the bank.

Since itโs done in phases, am not in position to say the exact time period. Once you become eligible you will get notified by WhatsApp or email or through the app. Like you, am also eagerly waiting for those eligibilty messages 
. Hoping for the next phase of users gets released soon.
