The Idea:
Developer Mode for Troubled Customers and Bug Bounty Hunters

The Problem:
Users cannot take screenshots of statements, bugs or other important parts of the app to send to support.

The Solution:

These are the following steps that can be taken to assure it’s a human.

  1. Enter PIN/Fingerprint.
  2. Enter OTP Manually
  3. Throw a warning message and disclaimer with the consequences.

Added Bonus
Hide Confidential Details automatically using the Screenshot API parameters

These will allow users to report issues easily.

Another way to implement it following is to add a screenshot button as a overlay which generates the screenshot as a PNG Masking confidential values.

This would mean no malware can abuse Android’s built in screenshot API
