Debit card Transaction was declined , routing loopback error

Today, I visited an SBI ATM center to withdraw cash. After entering my PIN and specifying the withdrawal amount, the machine displayed a message stating that the transaction was declined. Also displayed this message ‘ATM indicate routing loopback error.’. Can someone please explain what this error means and how to resolve it?

I also faced this exact issue and same error popped up on my ATM screen. Tried multiple times but no luck, unfortunately I had to use Axis Bank ATM to withdraw the required cash.

I also faced the same problem today, the ATM generated an error receipt. Had a chat with the support team, they said I was one of the affected users with this issue. They will fix it soon. The agent did give a list of ATM banks that work, so it was quite helpful. The list of ATM banks : Federal Bank Yes Bank Bandhan Bank IDBI Bank DCB Bank Equitas SFB AU SFB Punjab National Bank.

Jupiter doesn’t support few ATM’S.
THAT IS WHY I DON’T USE IT.

I HAVE OPENED FI, AND TRASFER THE AMOUNT TO THAT, AND USE IT.

Fun Fact is, both Jupiter and FI are backed be federal bank, and things which aren’t supported by Jupiter is done by FI.

So, yeah

“Routing loop back” issue is still not resolved in the SBI ATM.

Today, I tried withdrawal from SBI ATM and Canara Bank ATM. I was unable to withdraw money from either of these two.
