For me there is no black bar or grey bar on the bottom :eyebrow: :eyebrow:
But, when I scrolls down, a narrow black bar/line appears and disappears all of a sudden. Is it connected with the black/grey box at the bottom of the page, where Mutual services are provided by AIAPL is written

Yes that is after scrolling down. I tried to highlight that.

I didn’t get you bro. “full screen gesture navigation” means? Do you need the video of scrolling down to the bottom screen ?

No, I mean remove the navigation buttons from bottom switching to full screen gestures navigation. Can you search ‘gesture’ or ‘navigation’ in settings. Which device are you using? If it’s a vivo or oppo device you can find it searching ‘gesture’ in settings. If you are using a miui device you have to search ‘buttons’

I have switched to Full Screen Gesture mode (thanks, bro, I didn’t even notice this feature on my phone even after using it for 2 years), but the issue remains the same as I mentioned earlier. There is a thin black line (not as large as you shared) that appears and disappears suddenly. :+1:

Thanks guys. I think Jupiter team is purposely creating issues specially for me to encourage me to close my account. @shawnpinto Do you want me to close my account? I have a list of issues, you guys are doing this on purpose, aren’t you!

Manish, I was about to write - it is unlikely. And then realised it is not possible at all. When the features are tested and debugged before any release, an effort is taken to check different OS builds, screen sizes, processing requirements, etc. At times, a few bugs do get through.

It is unfortunate that you face these bugs that affects your overall experience. I acknowledge that bug fixing timelines haven’t really met your expectations. Having said that I really do not believe Jupiter wants you to close your account.

Just give you a perspective - about 6 weeks back I faced an issue with the Paytm app where I got logged out and the app was not auto capturing the verification OTP. After I reported the issue to Paytm support, it took them 20 calendar days to fix the issue for me.

But you must have realized one thing that the way the app works for you actually works in the opposite way for me and when you tell your experience I can’t believe that Jupiter is working so bad for me and really well for all of you. But now I know how Jupiter app developers work, what is their approach, what is their efficiency.

I again acknowledge the fact that our experiences have been very different. And it can be a bit frustrating as well.

I really hope you are able to get over the notion that Jupiter wants you to close your account with them.

Inka kuchh nahi ho sakta. Inki team se ek budhijeevi gyan de raha hai ki mai screen recording kar raha hu isliye ye kaali patti aa rahi hai kyonki official app me screen recording allow nahi hai. Ab us atyant pratibhshali manushya ko kaun bataye ki is kaali patti ko dikhane ke liye hee to maine screen record kiya hai. Hadd hai yaar, ye aise jawab dete hai jaise ye isko theek kar denge to mera bahut bada faayada ho jaayega. Ek to apna time waste karke inko ye sab batao fir inke jawab aise hote hai. Vo kahavat hai na ‘ulta chor kotwal ko daante’
Jaise taise karke app to bana diya inhone, ab theek karna inhe aata nahi hai. Inko malum hee nahi hota ki kya vajah hai jiske karan koi issue aa rahi hai. ‘naach na jaane aangan tedha’ . Agle ko hee bewakoof bolenge.
Bahut mahan hai ye log. In yogya jano ka utpad istemal karna ab mere bas ki baat nahi hai. Ye apni durlabhata ko sambhal kar rakhe. Aaj subah jaldi mai inka khata band kar deta hu, fir ye apani mahanata batate rahenge.
