I have a Jupiter Edge Rupay Credit Crad.
In the redeem option for Jewels into Gift Card, It asks me to open a Savings Account. I had email-d the support team on how to redeem the Jewels.
The response from the support team was that redemption of Jewels is not possible.
Is this true ?
Can we or can we not redeem Accumulated Jewels ?
Do we need to Open a Savings account to Redeem Jewels as Gift Card?
