Can I register for federal bank NetBanking?

I am wondering if I can register with federal bank netbanking. If yes… then how?
I tried but it says
" No ATM card available in this account. FedNet online regsitration is available for accounts registered with active ATM cards only."
My debit card is also active and received physical card also and have done few transactions already. Still it says no atm card available in this account.
Any solution?

It’s okay if they are not allowing NetBanking registration but why it’s saying there is no atm card on this account.
Today I got the physical debit card.
There was no sms for dispatched status, courier tracking. Courier guy didn’t ask for any id proof.

Net Banking is required but Jupiter’s very own and not of the underlying bank. The reason is user interface. Existing net banking uis are outdated, websites stops working all of a sudden, unexplained errors.

Explanation seems valid but a NetBanking website will be convenient as some time we can’t access our phone and need to do a transaction

Still you need mobile for OTP , I feel the need of Net Banking is not there if you have such features in Mobile app version !!
I am not talking NEFT/RTGS transaction

But for some features we need NetBanking like if someone wants to download past statements.
That option is not available in jupiter app.

Still if the same is implemented in app then I dont feel the need of Net Banking .
See making a product robust in a single platform is always the best rather than creating multiple apps for different uses .
The world is following the trend of Minimalism
@Jiten what’s your thought ?

No matter how robust the app is but if something goes wrong with your phone you will need some alternate channel to do transaction till you get a working mobile again.

Obviously till time you will be having a different phone and you can install it there  if they are binding to device then also you can contaxt support !

Unless we see a strong need of alternate platform use case, we are not keen to invest our efforts here and rather focus on making mobile experience stronger for consumers

@Jiten Just allow the users to use Federal Bank native net banking system. That would be more than sufficient.

@Jiten pls allow screenshots in jupiter app.
Some sections can be restricted like debit card section.
