@Shawnpinto Netflix auto pay failed for this month also
Hey @Madhu What was the error shown to you?
@Shawnpinto Amount deducted next day but i don’t see any entry in payment history page under Netflix autopay page.
We’ll have a look at this error. I’ll update you when we find a solution.
Same here. Nothing under the transaction history tab for Spotify and Netflix.
Btw, @Shawnpinto is auto-pay working on Google now?
@Binoy Yes, It should work on Google now.
Which merchant/subscription are you trying?
Tried on Google One few weeks back. I’ll try again.
Nothing under YouTube for me.
@nishesh @Madhu You’re right. It’s not showing up on the payment history page on the app. This is being looked into and should be resolved soon.
Thanks for letting us know though!
@Madhu Just checking, the Netflix subscription did get renewed right? It’s just that it’s not showing up in history.
@Shawnpinto i got failure message in Jupiter on renewal day but I don’t remember the actual error message. But the amount got deducted next day.
@Madhu Ah I see. What about the Subscription though? Was it accepted by NetFlix?
Yes. It is accepted by Netflix.
Oh okay.
Also, an update for this.
This was fixed last night. The older transactions which were supposed to be on the history page won’t show up. Any new ones will show up now. Can you keep an eye on this one?
We are checking if we could show the past auto pay transaction history.
While you’re at it, can you also update the amount displayed under the Auto-pay to the actual subscription value and not the initial INR 2 transactions done to authorize the mandate?
It is good have an option to hide inactive autopay. A toggle button to show all or active one’s.
Hey guys,
How do you currently see the subscription amount on the autopay screen?
Is it like 2 entries one below the other?
Eg:
Rs. 199
Rs. 2
Or did you just see one of them?
Can someone confirm the present list of actively supported Autopay merchants?
I canceled the ₹2 one. It is showing under inactive section. Can you guys pls provide option to hide inactive one’s.
I am only seeing one of them.
