App getting stuck when I open a new UPI payment profile

So the issue is, Whenever I open the pay to mobile section in the app, and the UPI number is not valid I get this screen, which is fine.

but the app gets stuck the back button doesn’t work, the navigation gestures doesn’t work. I have to close the app and start again.

Can you guys look into the issue and fix it please.
