Posting this because my support ticket (ID: 4383101) was closed with a generic response, and the issue has now gotten worse.
Background:
Jupiter’s credit card tracking was showing the previous billing cycle (n-1) for my Amazon ICICI card, even though the latest statement was already in my email. I raised a support ticket for this. It was closed without any fix or explanation.
What I tried:
To force a refresh, I removed the Amazon ICICI card from Jupiter and attempted to re-add it.
Current state (worse than before):
- The app is no longer detecting my Amazon ICICI credit card at all.
- Re-adding the card fails — it simply doesn’t get picked up.
- I’m now stuck with no credit card tracking whatsoever, whereas before at least the n-1 data was visible.
Summary of issues:
- Billing period stuck on previous cycle (n-1) — original bug, unresolved.
- Card removal + re-add broke detection entirely.
- Support ticket closed without resolution.
This seems like a deeper issue with how Jupiter parses or syncs Amazon ICICI statements. Has anyone else hit this? And can someone from the Jupiter team reopen the ticket and look at this properly?
