My Jupiter account opening has been stuck on “Account opening in process” for several days now, and support tickets haven’t received a response yet.
I previously had a Fi account linked to Federal Bank, which I closed when Fi discontinued the account. Later, I visited a Federal Bank branch and was informed that the account was closed, but my customer ID/CIF remained active in the system.
Could my Jupiter application be getting linked to that existing Federal Bank customer ID and therefore getting stuck during account creation? If so, what is the process to resolve this issue?
Has anyone else faced a similar problem with a previously closed Fi/Federal Bank account while opening a Jupiter account?
