Problem in Account Creation (Fed bank)

i recently closed my federal bank account through IND money. I am unable to create account in Jupiter as it show msg as " You have another Federal Bank Account, Please go through account opening process for existing bank users".

But My Fed bank account was closed.
and also I can’t find the option of opening account for existing bank users.

Kindly give a solution for this
