I don’t think 995 jewel is possible because maximum can be 750. ( which is the cap for one month via UPI )

A customer can earn 75J-995J as cashback.
So, title should be “Earn upto 995J on Zomato” instead of “Earn 995J on Zomato”, this sounds misleading.
