Not sure if it is important… On clicking this banner on homepage:

I get into the following page:

I dont have a salary account so shouldnt the banner be like “You havent made jupiter your salary account …” or something?
This page makes me feel that I can get this feature without having a salary account.
Or is it a gift from jupiter

This is an epic scam pulled off by Jupiter. They attact customers by showing ODS feature and ppl change their salary account to Jupiter. Later when someone tries this feature in need, they stick the label of eligibility criteria in the end which was never mentioned before. Unfair practice!!!

Yup, it’s true.
You do not need to own a salary account to try out our instant loan/On Demand Salary feature.

I see where the confusion is coming from. In our previous communications, the term On Demand Salary makes users think it’s part of a Salary account. It was a feature only for salary accounts in the past, but not anymore. We can see the perception from users even today.

We’re planning to name and position it differently. Some of the terms recently used are - Instant loan/cash/credit.

Suggestion - @Shawnpinto I think Jupiter should change the name of on-demand salary as almost 80% of people think that it’s only for salary accounts. Something like instant credit or some other feasible name would be great.

We’re thinking about it right now.

Any new communication from our end usually says instant loan/Credit/Cash, etc.
On-Demand salary may be rarely used for recall.
