The Credit Card is secured, no action on that.
The action taken by RBI is on the debit cards, to my knowledge. I could be wrong.

OneCard Lite is the Credit Card provided on the basis of Fixed Deposit (i.e. Secured Card)

Just take care of Merchents name on payment page,

Sometimes it creates problems and you may miss Cashback.

My favourite go to is SBI Cashback credit card, gives 5% back on all online transactions, Flipkart, amazon even websites where other cards fail to give attractive cashbacks. Order food from Zomato, groceries from dunzo whatever you do as long as it’s from your phone it will give 5% back, except insurance or wallet recharges ofcourse.
I have Flipkart axis, Amazon ICICI and HDFC millenia but nothing beats SBI cashback card

I am holding more than 12 plus credit card.
Below my observation
for utility amazon pay icici and HDFC tata Neu
(Axis card 5% utility they are not issuing/SBI cash back not avilable for all)
for buy other things i suggest choose Hdfc milenia
now a day other company like AU trying to give better offer to counter market but it has limitations
kotak card for medicine every wednesday 15 to 20 % normal discount plus flat 20% (up to 400) on Tata 1 mg per card per account once.
