I am having issue with completing my VKyc because every time they ask for the monthly earning limit that I had entered during the time of creation of the account. It’s been almost a year that I have created the account, and as far as I remember I had put student with the lowest option of the monthly income that was available. But they say it does not match with that and I don’t know/Remember any other option. Tried the coustomer care they say we cannot help you edit the monthly income or we cannot even tell you about the same.
Help because the account would soon close and I don’t want that as I even have a card for the account.
Can I do kyc in federal Bank or anything else possible?
