My recent application for a Jupiter credit card. I attempted to complete the Video KYC process on 14 august, but unfortunately looks like the verification failed and could not be completed successfully.

@Bhg730 Your journey has been reset; you can go ahead and reapply for the credit card. Please note that final approval depends on the sole discretion of the Bank.

Hi @nfpathan as informed you KYC wasn’t successful as it does not meet the bank’s KYC criteria. Once you will be eligible you will be notified via the application.
