The much awaited ETB flow or Existing-to-Bank flow for Jupiter is now live on Google Play store for all versions 1.4.30 and above. What that means is that all existing Federal Bank or Fi customers will be able to onboard on Jupiter.

@jigarmistry24 We are discussing about the iOS launch internally. Will share the updates soon on that thread.
@Shawnpinto @Jiten It has been 1 month we are getting here in community that we are launching by ānext weekā, ānext early weekā, you have been saying over twitter that āthis weekā, ātoday final timelineā but none of them we are not getting yet. Could you please inform us whatever it is so we can wait for that date or we know what is exactly happening for āiOS app releaseā ?

Good work. Great news ! now waiting mode started to get early access
3 weeks since phase 1 for existing federal customers went live⦠2 weeks since I was told to try⦠@Shawnpinto pinged me and I tried multiple times to on-board but getting same error message⦠he said he cured the journey multiple times, but I was not able to onboard⦠Later asked to wait for an update and was not able to on-board⦠yesterday upon asking update he told heāll connect me with the team to help me on-board⦠I was in top 100 in firstlist and a community member for over 3 months⦠was promised on boarding in phase 1 but here I am still unable to proceed⦠@Jiten @Bankofthefuture feels like you guys donāt care now that youāve got a lot of users. I was supposed to get access first and here I am still not onboarded while the people whom I had referred are⦠whatās the use of having firstlist and all if it is just a number⦠at least as a part of phase 1, I should have been considered but 3 weeks after 1st phase also my journey is not cured. Feeling disappointed.
Hey @Fanil, itās not like that! Weāll get you onboarded.
Weāve checked few things in the back end to identify the cause, it looks fine here. Could you reinstall the app and try to onboard again? Let me know.

Yesterday I have referred a friend on invite basis to jupiterā¦he is an existing federal bank customerā¦he is not in either this communityā¦he got Onboardedā¦how??..did you open access for all existing customer? @Jiten @Shawnpinto
