Another week gone still no update from Jupiter. No more interested in onboarding Jupiter now⦠logging off from the community as well. No thanks for all the hype but zero support.

I am unable to login to the Jupiter app. Itās more than 20 days now.
I tried contacting customer care via email, they always says we give you and update in 24-48 hrs. But they never reply.
I also tried contacting customer support over a call (8066665555). Almost after waiting 15 mins, no one picks up the call.
I didnāt expect this from Jupiter.

Till now, no one from Team Jupiter had contacted me. Neither I received any call nor an email from your support team.
@Shawnpinto I had tried contacting the customer support for past 10 days. I find difficulties in using Jupiter UPI (error :Mobile is mapped with multiple accounts) I have another federal Bank account and this problem is affecting UPI transaction of both my federal and Jupiter account. Pls resolve the issue. Without UPI transaction is very limited.

Help everyone but me⦠I am so disappointed at the ignorance from your end. I was on the first list and still unable to onboard Jupiter. Just making a fool out of me. As you said I even raised a ticket with support but nothing happens⦠I happen to be an idiot following up since the start. Didnāt get onboarded in first phase citing existing federal bank account holder. Later was promised on-boarding on first phase but was ignored by @Bankofthefuture . Then you came in and tried to onboard but nothing happened. For exisiting federal and fi customers onboarding stated early September. This is end of November and there is still no resolution⦠first list means nothing to you? Is this the customer support you provide? @Jiten @Shawnpinto

I am facing this issue for more than 15-20 days now. A few months earlier, I tried to do the same thing, but nothing happened.
I am just seeing a screen that says āSomething snapped!ā.
@Shawnpinto @JupiterTeam FYI, I use Fi. So, I thought this issue can be related to Fi.
Need Help to open this account or delete my existing data with Jupiter.
