@Bankofthefuture - I was promised to get access on Day1 by you but I didnā€™t get access till now . Do you really know what is the meaning of promise ???

I have shared my details on Friday with @Shawnpinto and he also assured that I will get the invite soon but still no updates from his side on the progress.

Till now Iā€™m unable to login in the Jupiter app. As it always shows ā€œMobile Verification Failedā€.

Itā€™s an serious issue. I tried contacting customer care via email, but didnā€™t got any reply/update regarding it.

The only support mail that I got was support request confirmation mail. In which it was written -
"Hi Harsh,
We have received your support request and are on it.

You can hop onto the Jupiter App for more details."

How can I hop onto the Jupiter App as Iā€™m unable to login.

Itā€™s more that 24hrs now and no resolution is provided.

Yeah, app update is rolling out now. I guess, Jupiter is ready to let existing Fed customers in. But in batches? :thinking:
