Same here. I too onboarded on Fi around Middle of May.
There’s no point asking @Jiten now. I think it is completely on Federal Bank now.
I’m guessing by the end of this month we probably get access to it.

I’ve closed my Fi account at the end of June and have no other relation with Federal Bank.
Will I always be considered a Fi user 
I am existing federal bank customer…not fi customer…why can’t I Onboard…I have mailed and dm’ed @Bankofthefuture no response till now

Folks - give us sometime. We will be starting to onboard existing Federal bank customers (non-Fi) shortly. I will reach out to some of you to help us in testing as well. But, you need to give us sometime.
For Fi customers, guys - it’s gonna take sometime like @Jiten had already updated. We are doing our best here but we are awaiting few changes to be done at our partner bank’s end. So, our hands are tight there.
Till then, stay put until I get back.

We have checked this with our bank. Your account can be opened along with Fi customers only.

Unfortunately, yes @Krishnendu_Chowdhury. Your customer ID stays with the bank for sometime.
