I too joined NIYO 3 months back ,just yesterday completed Kyc.
I believe there are too many NIYOites and possibly (just sayinโ) if we started discussing NIYO problems too on this plateform it would become a Mini Niyo community Inside Jupiter community.
Would @Jiten @sneh.baxi @Bankofthefuture like that?

Update: I believe it is good to have a healthy discussion from the perspective of betterment of each of these products as they both have almost same user base, almost identical (say) features and requirements ,cater to same needs.Each one of them should learn from other communities too for overall greatness of their products.
I hope Jupiter remains a front runner among all these neobanks because I love the people here ,especially most humble and with unending patience CEO @Jiten ,Man! You are a legend ,a gem

Iโve been a beta tester for NiyoX and have been using it for 6 months now. Earlier it was working very nicely but now the Niyo team is unable to manage the crowd-load. The app is super slow from the past month. Lots of glitches. Customer service is degrading day by day.
I really hope Jupiter doesnโt make me feel like the way NiyoX is. these days. The way @Jiten sir focuses on a finished product rather than just launching it half-baked, it is really a nice sign of what Jupiter holds for long term.
Frankly speaking, Iโve had multiple issues with Jupiter too, some of them got resolved, rest I donโ care about at the moment. Iโm willing to stick with Jupiter for a long time but I really hope that I get a glitch-free experience which Iโm getting these days.
PS- Iโm having a better experience of Neo-Banking in Jupiter than NiyoX at the moment !

Now the time has came for niyoX equitas customer to feel the same pain, Niyo Idfc customerโs has faced.
They have suddenly stop working on niyo idfc app without giving any written/official notification that they are no more offering itโs niyo idfc product or can be a part of idfc. Just replying by โUse new idfc appโ to use any feature .
But atleast whatโs good is โidfc app and itโs customer service is really good- atleast for meโ and still the account is zero balance and Iโm using it a my primary account cause of itโs higer intrest and best customer support and product they are offering.
But soon they will lauch a new one with some other bank and then they will stop working on niyox as same he did with niyo idfc.
There customer support is worst then sbi they didnโt understand simple language too. And always reply with same copy paste messages without reading the actual message.
Hope to get a better experience with Jupiter in long way.
You know what the funny part is Niyo couldnโt hold thier promise even for complete 1 year. After completing full KYC of Niyo IDFC users they started focusing to thier new product which is NiyoX

I totally agree with you guys that Niyo has broken trust but no one wants to repeat his mistake. I have all the products of Niyo i faced problems too but now everything is going smooth with me. Hope for better milestone ahead with Niyo.
Note.- Iโm not defending Niyo, just sharing my experience.

Thanks Apoorv. We are really building this company for it to exist next 50 years rather than showing short term success. So, our constant endeavour is on quality at every point. We do make mistakes as we are also evolving but intent is to make it world class banking service

We are running bit delayed on Bullet release due to new flows as per recent compliance requirements. but pushing full throttle to release it ASAP/ My team will send update email to all users sometime tmw.

Okay, hope bullet will start 1-7 sept because almost 500k+ Users are waiting for Bullet and itโs very big number
As per my guess Bullet Team and Jupiter are same they are working together.
