Unable To Upgrade Jupiter PRO

My savings account has 10k and did fd of 40k plus and still I am unable to upgrade to pro

It gives an error please check below and also don’t see an option in my profile as well.

I have been trying to contact Jupiter support but no one helps. Can you please help and fix this for me and upgrade my account to Jupiter PRO

Also, just want to inform you that the upgrade to PRO is done automatically on the 3rd of next month if the previous month’s Average Monthly Balance is meeting the criteria.
