Hello there, MAB = (Jupiter account + pots) Right? I have the required amount in pots but it’s not reflecting. Been many days, please look into this. I’ll provide any details necessary
@shkilluminate MAB is calculated for federal bank savings account by checking either:
Account balance maintained (Savings + Pots) or,
Deposit balance maintained (Fixed Deposit + recurring deposit)
PRO status is secured by maintaining average monthly account balance of greater than 10k or deposit balance of greater than 40k.

@shkilluminate I have reveiwed your account activity, looks like you have maintained your balance in Jupiter Account (prepaid wallet) which is different from the savings account offered by Federal Bank. Jupiter account does not currently have minimum balance requirements.
PRO benefits is currently applicable for Federal Bank Savings account and balances associated with it’s deposit accounts. Additionally, MAB is also applicable to this account.
