Hi Jupiter People,
I’m a non Jupiter User, I installed the app and tried to sign up using my phone number, but every time I see the roadblock error message:
"Sorry, your account could not be created.
Unfortunately this can happen when your profile doesn’t match Jupiter’s policies. "
Please check why am I not able to sign up to Jupiter ?
I have an account on Fi is that the reason? I’m not sure why Jupiter won’t let me sign up.
I’ve reached out to customer care and they have been very unhelpful and robotic each time they copy paste the same message as if they don’t wanna read.
Any help is appreciated.
