I have an issue regarding my account opening

Hi Jupiter People,

I’m a non Jupiter User, I installed the app and tried to sign up using my phone number, but every time I see the roadblock error message:

"Sorry, your account could not be created.

Unfortunately this can happen when your profile doesn’t match Jupiter’s policies. "

Please check why am I not able to sign up to Jupiter ?

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. We along with the bank has aligned certain eligibility criteria for the savings account product therefore it is not accessible for everyone. I would request you to try Jupiter Account. It is a zero balance spends account.

My mom has the same notification. Is it that this notification is for Federal bank account? And is Jupiter account different? How to open Jupiter account after this notification.

Jupiter Savings Account is in partnership with Federal Bank. Jupiter Account (Pots) is managed by Jupiter directly. Its a zero balance, spends account powered by UPI where P2M spends are rewarded. It also allows you to top-up money using credit card or debit card.
