I used my virtual debit card for shopping and due to some reason i blocked it. Now when i try to make new virtual card an error is coming, saying cant process due to technical issue. I am trying to make new virtual card since yesterday morning. How to resolve it or where i can contact to get new one. I dont want physical card.
