It keeps Saying " Mpin Verifiation failed". Unable to find any other way to login into the account.
Very much disappointed. I want to transfer funds urgently and app doesnt work. And there is no other way to acccess account apart from app. Very Frustrating
@Satwik_Kumar this seems to be user specific issue. I tried logging into the app and was able to get through. If you are android user, you should see an option to clear app cache. Try doing that. If you still face an issue, please reach out to the support team via email - support@jupiter.money. This will ensure your issue is tracked to closure.
Alternatively, if you set up net banking credentials on Federal Bank website, you should be able to transact online or via the Febmobile application
I too am facing the issue, it says “Login via MPIN is currently unavailable due to maintenance activity. Please try again in sometime.”
For urgent fund transfer you can easily do it by linking your federal account with any PSP app like gpay/phonepe
