I’am unable to create my account on my Iphone, it is giving error as there is issue with account identity after the step where is asks for some number while recording the video. Kindly assist.
@rathoreshweta start the account opening all over again and this time record all the steps. Send that video to support@jupiter.money. This will ensure a ticket is assigned to your issue and is tracked to closure
