Unable to complete Re-KYC

I’m unable to complete the Re-KYC on Jupiter app and my account was frozen now.

Checked in the federal bank online portal and found kyc was not completed.

Tried to upload the KYC. But it shows some other card number. Not mine. Need some inputs to reactivate my account.

I’ve 20k plus amount in the account. Which is frozen now
