I have an account with Jupiter, when i went to make it for my mother it has declined the application. I need to know why, it’s of utmost importance that she get a new account asap
Meer - Thanks for your interest. However, if the application got declined for your mother, we will not be able to open a savings account, we are sorry. However, if your mother doesn’t need a debit card, she can open a Jupiter Account. It is a zero-balance spends account with UPI functionality.
