Hello Jupiter Team,
I would like to request a feature that allows users to remove a saved postpaid mobile number from their Jupiter account.
Currently, once a postpaid number is added for bill payment tracking, I receive notifications every time a new bill is generated for that number. However, there doesn’t seem to be an option to remove or unlink the number if I no longer wish to track or pay the bill through Jupiter.
This feature would be particularly helpful for users who:
- Accidentally added the wrong postpaid number
- Changed their mobile connection or switched to a different provider
- No longer want to manage that particular bill through Jupiter
- Want to reduce notification clutter from bills they prefer to handle elsewhere
Having the ability to remove saved postpaid numbers would give users more control over their account and improve the overall user experience by allowing them to manage only the bills that are relevant to them.
