The referral system is kinda choppy. I referred someone, they clicked the link, confirmed that the code was added, but the rewards have not been credited to either of us

Meanwhile you can use the chat option on the app for a quicker response.
Also, you can mail the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org to create a support ticket
I’ve contacted the support and they seemed more confused than me. It was an odd conversation with them. Going around same things multiple times and being told that they have created a ticket without properly addressing any of the questions that I had or enough answers on the ‘troubleshooting’ they did.
I am not an expert in referral matters. The Terms and Conditions, as well as the rewards for referral programs, are subject to frequent updates/changes (currently World cup related referral offers are going on ).
Suggest you kindly check the ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ section and verify if the current conditions are met by following these steps:
- Navigate to the Home Screen.
- Access the top left menu (Hamburger Icon).
- Choose the “Refer and Earn” option.
- Click on the Chat/question mark icon located in the top right corner.
