Profile does not match Jupiters policies

Hello I am also facing issue creating an account on Jupiter, I need to create a Salary account however its not happening error "Sorry you account could not be created. Unfortunately this an happen When your profile does not match Jupiters policies. The video did not get uploaded due the application

Kindly help we 4 to 5 people who facing similar issue

Nothing has happened, We have already checked and there is no resolution. No is able to helps resolve the contact. Do you have any POC who can help us to resolve the issue

Your company should have a relationship manager assigned to it. Please ask your HR team to connect with him/her.

Myself having the same problem can’t create my Jupiter account showing up can’t create due to profile does not match the Jupiter policies. Can you help me out to solve this problem?
