PRODUCT IS NOT EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT DUE TODAY BY JUPITER APP

Dear Sir,

I want to inform you that the wide smartphone compatibility with most smartphones ranging 5.4 inches to 6.7 inches ,offering a secure fit across a wide range of devices by the product of (PORTRONICS) products is delivered today,but the product assemble clamp setting are missing.They has sent to me defective product.

I want to return the product and credit the deducted jewels amount 1495 on my Jupiter Jewels app section.I have call customer care several times on my registered phone no 9748995370,but customer care did not receiving my phone call, i am irritating of Jupiter bank customer service,it is very very ridiculous bad..

Kindly reply the mail and do the needful as soon as possible.
