App crashing

Since last night I have lost the access for my Jupiter mobile app.
I had to receive a payment of 336 rupees from my friends bank account, and he processed it last night and the amount was debited from his account and i didn’t receive any message regarding the funds transfer and i can’t even open the application.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application but nothing has changed.
What should I do now?

@Yazzzwanth pleas report this to the support team via email - support@jupiter.money. This seems to be a user specific issue and hence it should be reported to the support team so that a ticket is created. Also, try and include a video of the issue you are facing. If you are an android user you will need take the video from a different phone.
