No new seat

Hello my name is Mukul
I am trying to open Jupiter accoun,but when i am trying to open the application its showing seat not available. i already mailed to your team about this and they closed my request by saying that your request is rejected and they don’t provide me proper reason for my application rejection.
My ticket ID is #2786914.
