The intent is drive Edge installations.
yes no one kinda use edge in day to day life it feels messy news articles here and there microsoft kinda sucks building good ui.
And that’s why show the carrot of using bing chat powered by ChatGPT.

It’s already creepy with google and meta tracking us.
This will make it more and you will get spammed.
They are just programming our minds.

Just get your mails and mobile numbers where you don’t disclose to google and whatsapp.
I started using separate mail ID for financial purposes recently.
Zoho Mail and it’s awesome.
haven’t seen a ad for years because of ublock origin missing good old days for waiting 5 10 sec for skipping ads . found a opensource chat bot HuggingChat

Zoho Mail doesn’t seem to function properly with Mozilla Thunderbird; therefore, I decided not using it
I use thunderbird only for gmail and outlook
