Every bank branch have one or some senior Relationship Manager… Jupiter also a neo bank branch… Is there any RM? And who is the head RM ? CEO of Jupiter

Sani, the fact this Neo Bank, means they have want to cut through that red tape. Having said that, they have initiated a study to understand the expectations from an RM if they were to ever offer that service.

:rotating_light:There’s an scam going on where fraudsters use your cloned biometrics to withdraw money from bank account through Aadhaar-Enabled Payment System (AEPS).
To avoid falling victim to this scam, it’s better that you consider temporarily disabling your biometric authentication.

Agree. Keeping the bio metrics locked is the easiest solution for this

Hearing this for the first time, Heard about sim cloning, but this is entirely new to me… A few years ago, when UIDAI introduced the feature, I locked my biometrics and now only unlock it temporarily when necessary. But, in truth, these days, even aadhaar database can’t be trusted .

After going through the articles, I came to know that fraudsters use some kind of chemicals and techniques to cloned the fingerprint when an individual use it in somewhere for authentication purpose.

just a question if your phone gets stolen(registered with aadhar) while aadhar bio metrics are locked how to get a new simcard then it’s required to do bio metric authentication to get a clone sim card

A good question. It seems we need to keep our biometrics unlocked.

You still have an option left, just update your Aadhaar-registered mobile number with a new one. Once updated, now you can login using the OTP received on the new number and then proceed to unlock your biometric information to get your duplicate sim.

but i need access to bio metrics for changing number ??
