At least I have not heard anything so far. Good amount of money is trapped and we are approaching the day end. Still getting same sample responses - โwe are working on itโ.

A transaction from ICICI to Jupiter done on 1st Jan is not yet reflecting. In ICICI I see the amount INR10000 deducted.

Vikas- can you check the status of your system ? Federal bankโs all services are up but I cannot see the issues have been resolved so far. Even someone close the support ticket saying - my issues is resolved?
Hello @sprakash, Good morning! Transactions are happening successfully now and our team is monitoring the same. All such transactions which got stuck during the activity window would get auto refunded within 24 to 72hrs.

Just now sent 5000 rupees from my SBI to Jupiter via SBI Yono app, Money deducted but not received in Jupiter. 5000 gone. WoW.

In paytm Tomorrow Federal bank UPI was down i was trying to money from fdrl to BOB.

Itโs look like everyone has to wait for 48-72 hours. Federal bank is working fine but we are not getting any support from them because we are customer of Jupiter. If you call them on their contact center number they will try to help you but looks they have no access of Jupiter customer. Jupiter customer care is still having same answer after 40 hrs that they are working. Till yesterday it was federal bank who was culprit โฆ. But how about now? Federal bank is working perfectly fine since last 24 hrs but Jupiter customerโฆ.: God only knowsโฆ.!!!
Hello @saurav9680, request you to wait for some time as such stuck transactions will either get refunded to the source or credited to your Jupiter account within the next 48 to 72 hours. Thanks!
