I bought 5k gift card for swiggy, i usually buy 2k gift card. After payment jupiter showed a message “its taking longer than usual, debited money will be refunded etc” so i bought 2k gift card and redeemed it in my swiggy wallet. Now after like 30mins or so, i see a message that the 5k gift card has been successful, but it isnt working on swiggy wallet. Swiggy shows a message “we are unable to credit your money right now, please try again later”.
Since you said that you “usually buy 2k denomination”, check if you have added beyond the limit of 10k in a calendar month,
as per RBI guidelines, that is the max per month you can add

Yes, it should remain redeemable for next 12 months.
