So this is partly my mistake, I had downloaded jupiter a couple of months back. I didn’t see the KYC thing and deposited money in a POT. And I didn’t have a physical PAN at the point. When I did get my physical PAN, I changed my aadhar address aswell. And now that I have everything necessary to do a KYC, It doesn’t let me because the new address on the aadhar doesn’t match the old one
