Malware Issue Fix

I have a quick update regarding the recent malware issue. We identified that this is happening due to Mint Keyboard. Incase you have it and facing the issue, please delete it and update the Play Store and also the Jupiter app.

This should solve the issue. Perchance it doesnt, please reach out to our support team and we will help you further.

My MI Redmi phone does not allow to uninstall or delete the Mint Keyboard…One of support team asked me to uninstall Telegram, but no success. I am not able to use Jupiter App since last 8 days now. My ticket number for your reference 242761 (17 May 2026)..Will there be any solution or should I start finding other APP like Jupiter and start considering closing the account?

Dear Yogesh,

As I mentioned, we have pushed the fix, you can try tomorrow and let us know. If it doesn’t work for you or you are not satisfied, you can take a decision accordingly, we will not push you.

I do hope you will understand that online frauds are increasing and we have to keep a check to maintain the security of the app.

Can you 100% confirm if the Mint Keyboard is really a malware and has risk of online frauds ? (This is disabled on my phone and as its a MI app it does not allow me to uninstall it or delete it)

Hi Yogesh. I have checked your ticket and saw that our team had escalated this internally and have resolved the query. You should be able to use the app. And incase this isn’t the case, please let me know over DM and I will assist you further.

Thanks team for your efforts..my issue is resolved
