My jupiter app keeps locking itself, I can’t access it at all. What should I do? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, so did I try to call help who doesnt pick up at all. This is very frustrating. The face id keeps on popping up, but Mpin doesnt do much either. Please help.
Try uninstalling the app then install it again.

Some of our team members noticed the auto lock issue recently.
It should be solved in a bit.

Just gave it a few minutes and it has been ok now.
